This website is for BUYERS of off-priced merchandise. We are currently not allowing individuals to list items for sale on PalletBid.com. All offers on this website are owned by American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc.
You may not share, distribute or resell our products in modified or unmodified form via Diskette, CD, Website, or Hard-Drive. The content within PalletBid.com is protected by copyright laws; PalletBid.com includes both content owned or controlled by American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc. as well as content owned or controlled by third parties (collectively, the “Materials”). American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc. authorizes you to view and download the Materials for your personal or commercial use. You may not sell the Materials or reproduce, display, distribute, or otherwise use the Materials in any way for any commercial purpose without the written permission of American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc.
Content and Functionality
PalletBid.com will make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and that the various features of the website function properly. Any issues regarding content or functionality should be directed to the site administrator here. Issues will be reviewed and dealt with as quickly as possible.
Rights To Suspend or Terminate
PalletBid.com may, at it’s discretion, terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) An auction item is no longer available due to a direct warehouse sale. (b) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (c) You have repeatedly violated a condition of sale or resale (d) you have proven to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect a problem we will suspend your account while we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
You are solely responsible for your actions while using our website. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you are entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. Each listing will spell out any restrictions or rules regarding the purchase and resale of the merchandise listed.
You must not transmit through any service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.
Membership to this website is only available to those who can enter into a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to sign up with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
General and Buyer’s Terms
This website is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and beneficial experience. There are risks involved with purchasing distressed, salvaged and liquidated goods and we strongly advise you to understand all of these risks before purchasing from PalletBid.com. If you have any questions regarding the merchandise that we sell, please feel free to contact us.
All items purchased on this website must be paid for by wire transfer. A PalletBid.com representative will contact winning bidders with wiring instructions. In some cases a PayPal or credit card payment can be accepted. A distribution agreement will be sent along with the wiring instructions and must be signed and returned by the buyer before the merchandise can be shipped. The distribution agreement spells out any restrictions or rules that apply to the specific merchandise you are purchasing. The distribution agreement also identifies any advertising restrictions or territorial sales restrictions that may apply.
Buyer agrees that shortages and damages must be reported to PalletBid.com customer service within two days after receipt. Customer Returns typically have a 15% – 25% damage/throw-away rate. Most Shelf Pulls, Clearance and Overstocks are typically NEW but may have damage to the packaging or have a missing component. Buyer understands that PalletBid.com sells liquidated off-price distressed merchandise and makes no promises of profits to be made. All merchandise is considered salvage and is sold as is. No warranties apply. No returns, refunds, credits or exchanges.
Buyer agrees to refrain from advertising the name of the department store from which this merchandise originated. Some of our vendors require a Distribution Agreement to be signed and on file for certain private label merchandise. This also covers the restrictions regarding the use of their name or logo in any form of advertising. In some cases a Distribution Agreement must be signed and returned to palletbid.com BEFORE the merchandise can ship (call us for details). Buyer is responsible for all related taxes, licenses, and shipping charges, unless otherwise stated above. It is hereby agreed that the laws of the State of Alabama, County of Baldwin, will govern all matters concerning this sale. Should any dispute occur, the matter will be settled by arbitration at the discretion of PalletBid.com. Buyer agrees to hold PalletBid.com and its parent company American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc. harmless in all related third party disputes. This is the complete agreement and takes precedence over all previous agreements whether written or verbal. These conditions of sale are considered accepted upon receipt of payment or shipment of goods.
