Do you have any brand name merchandise?

Yes. We carry nationally recognized brand name as well as private label goods. There are some restrictions that govern how private label goods are sold and marketed – be sure to read the conditions of sale on each listing for more information.

How can I be notified of items for sale/Special?

Check our Website for Hot Deals & What’s New. You can usually find this information on the Home Page, at the bottom under “Ending Soon”, “Recently Added” or “Most Popular”. You can also use the “Hot Deal Alerts” function at the top left on the Home Page. Simply enter your email in the field provided and we’ll add you to our email list for notification of new product arrivals.

How many items does have?

Normally we always have between 2,000 – 3,000 pallets available and ready to ship.

How often does add new items? updates inventories daily.

Does carry the same items continually?

We do have some truckloads and pallets that are recurring. But we are also opportunistic buyers, so our product mix does change frequently.

What does the term “off-price reseller” mean?

An Off Price Reseller is someone that typically sells Closeout Products, Brokers merchandise, sells at Flea Markets, Auctions, Sells Online, Wholesales, Exports, etc.

Do you sell one-dollar (Dollar Store) retail products?

We do have offers that would be well suited for the “dollar store” market.

Does carry seasonal merchandise such as Christmas, Easter, Back to School, Halloween, etc.?

Yes, we do carry seasonal merchandise from time to time. Please check the “Hot Deals” on our website.

Are there any guarantees on the merchandise? sells liquidated, off-price, distressed merchandise and makes no promises of profits to be made. All merchandise is considered salvage and is sold AS IS. No warranties apply. No returns, refunds, credits or exchanges.

Do you export merchandise? can provide merchandise for export, however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the method of transport and all applicable documents required for exportation. We will load your container when it arrives at our warehouse. Some load fees may apply – call for more information.

Is it possible for us to collect the goods from your warehouse?

As long as the merchandise is located in our corporate warehouse in Foley, Alabama the answer
would be “Yes”. See the “Shipping” section of each listing for details.

Can we get samples?

We do not provide “samples”, however, in some cases you may purchase a smaller amount of the merchandise you are interested so that you can make an informed decision on a larger order. Contact us for more information.

What is your minimum purchase requirement?

You can buy individual pallets and lots or truckloads, it’s up to you. However, you should keep in mind the cost of freight. In some cases the cost of freight makes the purchase of some pallets cost prohibitive.

Can I buy your merchandise and sell to another store at closeout price?

As far as the price we charge for our merchandise is concerned, it would be possible to do this. However, there are restrictions on some of the goods that we sell. You would have to sign a distribution agreement with our company before you would be allowed to do this.

Do you have a show room?

We do not have a “show room”, but we do have a large warehouse with over 2,000 pallets available that you can visit. You would simply contact us to make an appointment.

How do I pay?

We currently accept payment by wire transfers.

Do you charge tax on purchases?

If you are tax exempt, no sales tax will be charged. Proof of tax exemption is required.

Who is responsible for shipping and/or shipping costs?

Freight costs are paid by the customer. We can arrange freight transportation for you within the USA for you. See the “Shipping” field on each listing for more information.

How long will it take for me to receive items?

We normally ship orders within 4-5 business days after receiving payment.

How do I check the status of my shipment?

We normally update you by e-mail upon shipping. You can contact our shipping department or one of our representatives by clicking on “contact us” if you need assistance.

Can I retract a Bid?

As a general rule, you can’t retract or cancel a bid on  Once you have placed a bid, you agree to pay for the item if you happen to be the winning bidder.  We do, however, realize that honest mistakes occur from time to time.
A bid may be retracted for one of the following reasons:

  1. You accidentally entered the wrong bid amount due to a typographical error.  For example, you bid $66.95 instead of $6.95.
  2. The item description has changed significantly after your last bid.

If you are correcting a bidding error, you must bid again after the bid is retracted.

Bids cannot be retracted if the listing ends in less than 12 hours.
